My family and I cannot thank you enough. You managed to create a family portrait we never had. Recently we loss our Grandmother and not to long ago our Grandfather. With our family being India and America we didn't have the chance to have a family Portrait. This was a very special Father's Day Gift to our Dad. As soon as he opened it tears were brought to his eyes. The placement of our grandparents in the portrait felt like they will always be watching over our family. She brought 7 individuals pictures and put them together and even with our requests with clothing and colour and the small details she made it happen. Her patience, creativity and kindness has definitely made an impact. If you are looking for someone to take the time to create you a portrait Emma is the one. Even with the time difference from New Zealand and California she still made it easy to communicate and always checked to see if certain things were okay and even cared to know what the actual words in our language for certain things were so she could refer to them in the proper words in the future. “I ordered a Custom Portrait of my wedding photo to include my Mom in law, who passed away 12 years ago. The last photo I had of her was not the best quality, but Emma took the challenge head on. From ordering to receiving the final product, the process was so easy and personalised. Emma was involved and responded to all my email queries. There was a 5 weeks waiting period when I ordered (and Teapot made sure I knew the wait time), and rightly so, it is a work of art after all and takes time! I wouldn't have it any other way, as the result was worth the wait.
